Mini Egg Recipes MARTABAK
Buy ready use spring roll skin to make it more practical:
200 grams of wheat flour
400 ml of water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
100 grams of minced meat
5 scallions, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed
Salt, pepper powder and seasoning to taste
HOW TO MAKE A MINI EGG Martabak:
1.Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2.Combine flour and salt until blended.
3.Add the eggs, stir well and then pour water little by little, add the oil and then print using the pan.
4.Mix the meat with garlic, salt and pepper and stir-fry until cooked. Combine with egg, onions, scallions and seasonings, stir well. Give dough on the dough skin, fold and fry until cooked.
5.Lift up and ready to serve.
